Which UI is more accurate?

Very often on LinkedIn, I come across posts asking which is the better UI?

And I keep feeling that maybe neither one of them is.

If you knew what you were solving for, maybe there would be a better way to approach the answer.

I decided to illustrate this thought for fun.
